Site Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager with a solid background in geotechnical works to join our team in Norway. You will be responsible for leading projects on-site from start to finish. 

Please note that commuting to various project sites across Norway must be expected.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Take financial responsibility for projects
• Plan resources and manpower
• Perform calculations and cost controls
• Maintain daily contact with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in geotechnical works
• Experience in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Good MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
• Engineering education (Geotechnical Engineering is preferred)
